Hey I’m Valerie Aaron, a North Carolina REALTOR® who believes real estate should be professional, personal, and sprinkled with a little humor! I love North Carolina skies, beautiful homes, and—most of all—the people who make our communities special. Based in the Triad area, I proudly serve clients throughout the entire state.
There’s nothing better than helping people find their dream home and seeing the excitement on their faces when they say, “This is the one!” With a passion for home design and décor, I also enjoy helping clients see the possibilities in every space—because a house provides the walls, but the people, memories, and personal touches make it a home.
With 20 years of combined experience, Jordan & I anchor a firm that is big enough to get the job done and small enough to personally and genuinely care about every client. With more than 12 years as a licensed Realtor® and over 20 years in sales and leadership, I bring plenty of experience—but what matters most to me is making sure our clients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for.
Valerie & I enjoy helping people through every stage of real estate, whether they’re buying their first home, selling a longtime property, building new, relocating, or investing. We take the time to listen, explain the process clearly, and help each client make decisions with confidence.
